About Us

Awakening Yoga provides students and clients with classical yoga teaching and therapy.  We are committed to supporting the individual on their yoga journey through all aspects of the eight paths of yoga. 

Liz and Satheesh have more than 40 years in combined practice, study and teaching. With the added benefit of drawing on two diverse cultures – Australian and Indian, they have a shared love of yoga and the practice and teachings of Patanjali’s eight limbs of yoga.

Our vision is to share our combined experience in providing retreats, workshops, formal training and private classes in both Australia and India.

We are available to provide one on one sessions in person or via Zoom.
