Private Class (in person)
Liz provides private yoga in the home (or outside). These classes are 60 minutes and are tailored according to the client’s ability and can incorporate all aspects of hatha yoga, yin, meditation and pranayama (breathing). Liz has worked with injuries and conditions including disabilities.
Energy Healing Session
This is a gentle and non invasive approach to:
Support emotional difficulties and crisis
Relieve anxiety and depression.
Manage stress.
Pain management
Spiritual support
Relase of old thought patterns
Private Group Class
Arranging a yoga, meditation or relaxation session for you and your friends for a special occasion is a wonderful experience. Or providing support for work colleagues through any aspect of yoga is great for their wellbeing.
