Classes
Private Class (in person)
Liz provides private yoga in the home (or outside). These classes are usually 60 minutes and are tailored according to the client’s ability and can incorporate all aspects of hatha yoga, yin, meditation and pranayama (breathing). Liz has worked with injuries and conditions including disabilities.
Energy Healing Session
Liz has long held a strong belief in our energy system’s influence over the health of our mind, body and spirit. Ultimately she believes that all dis-ease and health conditions can be attribute to an energetic imbalance. Holding a Diploma in Energetic Healing, along with studies of meridian and chakra systems and Reiki qualifications, Liz believes in co-creating a return to energetic balance through her sessions. Sessions tend to be 60 minutes in duration.

Private Group Class
Arranging a yoga, meditation or relaxation session for you and your friends for a special occasion is a wonderful experience. Or providing support for work colleagues through any aspect of yoga is great for their wellbeing.
