Our Teachers

Liz Ross

Liz was born in Sydney Australia and is passionate about our subtle energy systems and how yoga influences our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

She offers students a wholistic and mindful yoga experience which can be strong and dynamic or deeply relaxing and nurturing.

Seeking a deep spiritual connection, she aligns herself and teaching to the practice of the eight paths of yoga and the Krishnamacharya tradition. Offering yoga to students like a gift, Liz believes that our yoga practice is like polishing a diamond.  The more we polish it, the more it gleams and this purity allows us to connect more fully with our true nature and cultivate a connection with all beings around us.

Her formal qualifications include Classical Hatha, Sydney (420+ hours); Yin (100 hours); Cert. Meditation and Pranayama (80+ hours); and a Dip. Energetic Healing.

Liz has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 25 years.
