The workshop combines both seasonal Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Yin Yoga is a powerful practice that allows us to let go of any tension in each pose (asana) and to become fully present with our body, breath and thoughts.  Yoga Nidra, which is also referred to as ‘psychic sleep’ is an extraordinary method of deep relaxation.

Journey deep within yourself, developing conscious awareness as you connect with your physical, mental and emotional being.

Dive deeper and create your life vision and your personal mantra as you are led through a nourishing and joyous summer practice.

All experience levels will be supported, and the asanas can be tailored for individual needs.

Your facilitator, Liz Ross is a senior yoga teacher, energy healer and meditation facilitator and helps her students to enrich their lives through both group and private sessions.
